TERAWORK has upgraded the platform and now, it is possible to offer services and get paid on terawork while retaining the ability to purchase services from fellow freelancers with the same account.
When you sign up to join the pool of highly esteemed sellers on terawork, a buyer’s account is automatically created on your behalf.
The erstwhile factors stopping you from contacting other sellers on terawork to enjoy their services without having to open a new buyer’s account have been eliminated. This means that as a seller, you can now also get projects completed for you by fellow freelancers on terawork.
A very interesting thing is that you now have the option to pay other service providers from your terawork wallet. When you work on terawork and your money gets paid into your wallet, rather than cashing out everything, you can decide to leave some behind which can be used to purchase services from fellow service providers, without having to pay from your bank every time
Here’s how it works.
Whenever you log in to your terawork account, you land on the terawork home page (for both buyers and sellers).
As shown in the search bar, you can now proceed to search for any service you want from other sellers.
You can get logos, explainer videos for your portfolio, custom multimedia photo, SEO articles for your blog, or even custom branded items for your company. You can also apportion part of an existing project to sellers on the platform. For instance, if, as a web developer, you have an ongoing project which entails the creation of a website, you can contact web content creators on terawork to help you write the website content.
When you sight a service that catches your fancy, you can then request for a custom offer or discuss the details of your project with the seller.
On the other hand, if your aim is to manage your sales, monitor your orders, update your work profiles, and complete pending transactions, all you need to do is to click on the “SELLER APP” button at the top right corner (as shown above). This takes you to your seller’s dashboard where you can manage all your work.
Similarly, once you’re in your seller’s dashboard and you need to go back to the homepage, just click on the “BUYER APP” button or the terawork logo (as shown below). It will take you right back there.
While every seller naturally has a buyer account, a seller account is not automatically created for a buyer. This means that if you sign up to become a buyer, you will be required to still create a seller profile before you can provide freelance services on TERAWORK.
