TERAWORK Scores 7/10 in 2025 Fairwork Cloudwork Ratings

TERAWORK has been awarded a 7 out of 10 score in the 2025 Fairwork Cloudwork Ratings, conducted by the Fairwork Project in partnership with the Oxford University and WZB Berlin Social Science Center. This marks a strong improvement from our previous score and reflects our continued commitment to fair and inclusive digital labor practices.

The Fairwork ratings assess online labor platforms based on five principles: Fair Pay, Fair Conditions, Fair Contracts, Fair Management, and Fair Representation. Each principle is scored out of two points.

Over the past year, TERAWORK has worked closely with the Fairwork research team to implement key improvements:

  • We introduced minimum pay protections to ensure freelancers are fairly compensated.
  • We strengthened dispute resolution and communication processes to ensure fair treatment for all users.
  • Smart advisory tools that improve job matching for freelancers and clients
  • Automated content moderation to ensure a safe and respectful platform environment
The Fairwork team also conducted independent surveys with freelancers on our platform. Their feedback played a crucial role in shaping our improvements and contributed to our positive score.
