TERAWORK has upgraded the platform and now, it is possible to offer and purchase services with the same account. But while this was a major improvement to the platform, some people still get confused as to where to check their messages and work details.<\/p>\n

Have you ever been confused or had difficulties viewing your messages? Well, here’s what you should know:<\/p>\n

The Buyer and Seller Apps<\/a> are 2 separate applications fused into one, therefore they should be treated likewise. A seller that gets a message from a client should be checking his Seller Application for messages or work details. Likewise, a client talking to a freelancer should check his Buyer application for replies or quotes instead.<\/p>\n

Navigation Instructions<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Buyer’s Application is the default landing page for everyone. So, you can order services, communicate with freelancers and view your ongoing works through the Buyer Application.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, if your aim is to manage your sales, communicate with your clients monitor your orders, update your work profiles, and complete pending transactions, all you need to do is to click on the \u201cSELLER APP\u201d button at the top right corner (as shown above). This takes you to your seller\u2019s dashboard where you can manage all your work and view your conversations with your clients.<\/p>\n

While every seller naturally has a buyer account, a seller account is not automatically created for a buyer. This means that if you sign up to become a buyer, you will be required to still create a seller profile before you can provide freelance services on TERAWORK.<\/p>\n
